Hi All
In SugarCRM emails are generally logged and I can see email activity for emails that are sent to clients as that info is logged in the account module or the contact module.
However, for incoming emails that is another story.
In SugarCRM 4.5 Community edition all the incoming emails were imported automatically or at least I could see the log of the incoming emails in the account module or contact module depending on if the incoming email was sent to a company email ro an individual email.
In SugarCRM 5.0 the only way I can to import the email and generate a log within SugarCRM about this incoming email is through right clicking the email and clicking import.
Is this intentional ? Did I miss something here ?
