Hello forum,

I have a problem that I can reproduce. After logging in to CRM and creating and saving a new Candidate, I do not see any fields that should appear at the bottom of the screen. I see one table that starts with a row containing Name: and Assigned To: and ends with Created By: and Modified By:. Below this I see only the copyright notice.

I'm running the following:

Version 5.2.0 (Build 5380)
SugarCommunity Edition
PHP 5.2.6
mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.77
Server version: Apache/2.2.3
Linux CentOS-55-32-minimal 2.6.18-194.3.1.el5

I have noticed that if I restart httpd and refresh the page, I see a lot more fields underneath this table, but then other users logged in lose these fields. It seems that the first user to refresh the page after the httpd reset is the only one who can see them.

Unfortunately, I don't know much about Sugar CRM as this is an inherited installation. I do know that the problem appeared when the CRM installation was moved from one server to a new server. The person who installed it is no longer with us.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
