    Default Missing Mail

    Hello There.

    I am new to this forum and indeed to SugaarCRM so please forgive my ignorance.

    I am testing Imap email within Version 5.5.0 (Build 6653) and al appears to connect and I have tested sending emails.

    The problem I have is the Inbox. On the left hand side pane it reports that I have 103 emails which is correct. In the left hand pane it reports (44). In the Inbox I have only 20 emails?

    Anybody know what's going on????

    The 44 means unread., 20 is just the first page, look at the bottom of your screen...

    Granted 44 is unread messages but there are still only 20 mail messages. Please see attached:

    As you can see Tab2 is blank. As is Tab3, Tab4, etc....

    Yep, you're right. Try to save your account in settings again (you must first test the settings, then press save). This forces the headers to be loaded again. Curious what this will show then.

    Been there, tried it and the same results are given! Anything else I could try???

    Can you check the database? How many headers are shown there? Did you try with another provider? Like e.g. Google? We have 1000s of messages in two systems and while I can't say it works 100% at all times I do not see your issue.
