Missing SugarWidgetFieldurl.php

Hello,

I'm running a local install of the Pro version on Debian/php5 [SugarCRM Version 4.5.0f (Build 1202)] and I'm trying to run a custom report. I'm getting this PHP Fatal error/warning when I attempt to run the report:

I've been googling around looking for the file but no dice. Anyone have it? or know how I can work around this missing file (the directory exists, and there are many other "Widgets" in that directory.

Note: the file is really not present - it's not a permissions issue.
