Missing Target list module files

Does anybody have copies or the code for these two files:

- modules/ProspectLists/metadata/listviewdefs.php

- modules/ProspectLists/metadata/searchdefs.php

Apparently they are needed for the target lists to work in campaigns (but I may be mistaken). I've downloaded several previous versions of Sugar, but they appear not to exist.

I'm using:

Sugar CE Version: 5.2.0e (Build 5626)
Apache Version : 2.2.11
PHP Version : 5.2.9-1
MySQL Version : 5.1.32
