Modify Form

Hi, i´ve got no experience in Sugar and I need to modify a Form. I need to adda field to this Form, wich will have a list of mail directions separated by ';'. I need to take each one of theese mails and put them in a new table of a MySQL data base and send them an HTML mail.
Is there any way to do this in Sugar or the only way to do this is by modifying the source code?
