Modifying Opportunity Percentages

I am using 4.5.1e (Build 1049) and I am trying to modify the values that appear in the "Probability (%)" field.

Note the behavior of the opportunities editing screen ... when you change the value of the "Sales Stage" the "Probability" value automatically changes. What I want to do is change the values. e.g. by default the value of Prospecting->10%, I want to change that value to be Prospecting->15%.

You can edit the probability percentages by editing the "Sales_Probability_Dom" drop down list. To edit this list, go to Studio --> Edit Drop Downs --> "Sales_Probability_Dom". You can edit the probability values to change 10% to 15%.
