Sugar 5.0.0g Community Edition, WAMP, Apache 2.2.9, PhP 5.2.6, MySQL 5.0.51b, XP Sp3

I am starting with a brand new installation: SugarCE-5.0.0g.zip and SugarEnt-5.0.0g-lang-es_es-20080801.zip.

I need to use Module Builder with the Spanish language pack. I created a new module and everything seemed ok. However, the new module does not show up in Admin/Configure Tabs/Display or Hide Tabs.

When I built the Module in the English version, it works ok, but when I change to Spanish, the tab is no more visible and cannot be used.

I looked much throughout the Sugar forum and cannot seem to find anything that helped to solve the issue. Can anyone point me in the right direction to solving this issue?
