Module Builder problem

Hi,

I've done a fresh install of sugar 5.5.2 1224 and try to make some module using the module builder.
the two first module works fine and I've add other module in my package and I'm now facing a probleme when I try to deploy it. I've an error message in Sugar, and when I look in the apache error log I can see the following message :

Does someone already had this problem and know how to solve it ?

I've not had this problem but i am assuming you could copy those files from the zip file to there respective locations, if not in the zip try pulling them from the 5.5.1 download
