Module Builder Will Not Load

I'm new to Sugar (lucky you) and have been playing around with building a module. A few things have happened (below) and now when I go into Module Builder, the screen is blank; I can't see the start a new module icon or the module I was working on and there are no folders to the left, Firefox and Chrome both say that the page is fully loaded when I use either. Any help would be great as I am at a loss.

Things that happened (on multiple tries):
1. I tried to deploy and got, "An error has occured during deploy process, you package may not have installed correctly."
2. I published the module and tried to upload, it got to 59% and hung, when I show the log, it says:

Installing Variable Definitions

Installing Subpanel Layouts

PS - I can see my module in studio and I'm on Sugar Pro 6.1.0.

I am still researching this and I don't know if it helps but this is what Firebug says when I try to load the page:

RESOLUTION:

I opened a case with support and here is the resolution in case anyone else has this happen:

"Something failed during the deploy process and the manifest.php file in the package was truncated. Essentially, it was missing half of the file and a PHP error was being thrown. I attempted to manually fix it however it did not work. I removed the module that you attempted to deploy and you will need to make a new one unfortunately."

Question, did they tell you how they removed the module(s)?

They had to delete the entire module on their end as I am on Sugar-On-Demand. I had to rebuild the thing from scratch, luckily it was a small one.
