Module Explanation, What are each module for?

Good day. I'm new with sugarcrm, as my first task at my new company I was asked to use this software to help keep track the sales in our company. My problem is that some modules are not expained in this page: http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/support/...Suite.5.1.html
I've also searched the net and coudn't find any. These are the modules I need to know what they are for: Calls, Meetings, Notes, Target lIsts, Targets, Tasks, Trackers. I'm doing this at the Role Management Page where in I have to enable a module and set it's privileges.
Btw, I'm using the latest Community version of sugarcrm.

You should read the user and administration manuals from cover to cover to understand what these modules do and how to use them. You'll find explanations of most of the modules you list in the ACTIVITES part of the documentation. You will find Trackers in the CAMPAIGN module documentation.

I am using this one:

SugarCRM
Version 5.2.0c (Build 5505)

This is a free version isn't it? So a printed manual is not possible for me to read. I'll try to search if there is an online User Manual at Sugarcrm.com then post again here to give you update on my status. Thank you very much.
