Module Install Error:

I recently installed a clean install of CE 5.2. When I try to load any module including the Sugar Forum module, I get the following error.

Specified directory '' for zip file 'cache/upload/ForumsModule-CE-5.0.0.zip' extraction does not exist.

The file does exist in the folder. I am running IIS5.1, PHP5.2,Sugar5.2.0f and Win2k with the latest service pack.

It doesn't appear to be a permissions error. All folders have 775 and all files have 664

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I too have a problem with the module installation. Iam trying to install CE Teams module in a host system, (using remote login) and the module zip file is uploaded successfully. When i click on Install button, and accept the licence, the installation begins and lasts only for 19%. After that, it stops there.
When i click on the display log, it says that:
"Failed to copy ...../cache/upload/upgrades/temp/76.tmp/install_dir/modules/CETeamsUsers to modules/CETeamsUsers"
Iam not sure what is the problem, but i checked that the write permissions do exist for all the folders.
Can anyone help me here ?
