Module Installer Issue

Alright so many installs, and checking every file permission I have this issue that i have not seen before and can't find an answer for...

In the module installer screen i do these steps:

• Upload Module Zip
• Click Install for module
• Install runs without errors

Now here is where it goes wonky
I go to the tab screen in administrator and "unhide" the new modules tabs. Yep everything is great!
Now I go back to the module loader......and it doesn't even recognize that it's installed....I have tried this with a few different modules....erased everything, reinstalled and did it a couple more times, checked all permissions...i'm at a loss here. The point of having a module loader is to be able to unload!

I am running sugarcrm v6.1.3
shared server at justhost.com running:

• Apache version 2.2.17
• PHP version 5.2.14
• MySQL version 5.0.91-community
• Architecture x86_64
• Operating system centOS linux

my php.ini is

error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
display_errors = off
magic_quotes_gpc = off
short_open_tag = off
upload_max_filesize = 50M
post_max_size = 50M

FOUND IT!

The problem was thedefault permissions set inside the SugarCRM config file...
