module loader blank page

Hello

I have tried reinstalling 3 times. Version 6.0 , 6.1, and 6.2 and same issue for each instance

I am trying to install an extension through the module loader. This same process worked for me on another instance.

After I hit upload I get a blank page with the sugarcrm header and menu.

I checked the upload path /cache/upload and it looks as if the file is there .

However, it is not available as an extension to install

Is there a manual way to do this, please help

Take a look into sugarcrm.log and error log of your web server. Hopefully you will see some useful information to guide you resolving this issue and to be able to install your extensions.

These seem to be entries from sugarcrm.log.

Double check in web server error log if there is error messages around this same time stamp "06/29/11 21:45:38". Make sure you php.ini is configured to log errors.

ok I enable my apache log and here is the message resulting

I enabled the tokenizer php extension in my Zend php environment

Running Sugar 6.4.1
managed to use Ugrade Wizard through a great many error but seems to have gotten there at the end with trial and error.

Module Builder is also showing blanks... when i click on the link, i see "Module Building" and the rest of the page is blank. I guess it is a PHP error.

You must make sure cache/jsLanguage is writable.

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem.
On a new installation (debian squeeze, apache2 and PHP5), I installed sugar crm in /home/<my folder>/www.
The installation goes OK but when i had the SecuritySuite module in module loader, it only loads a page being empty after the Module Loader title.

guys, thank you for the posts.

the BLANK page with the Module Loader and UpgradeWizard modules is a relatively wide spread issue but the causes seem to be non-uniform and/or unclear.

One or two piecemeal solutions for the UpgradeWizard issue are suggested here: http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/f115/...tml#post274817

(In modules/upgradewizard/uw_utils.php added after line 828 "$target_manifest = getUploadRelativeName( $target_manifest );" )

However, Module Loader blank pages are still unresolved and there are no suggestions (after i have done digging) beyond:
1) blank pages are caused by PHP errors and
2) somehow these blank pages are connected to file permissioning (i have changed all my folder permissions to 777 and i still get the same error)

my error.log (Apache) and sugarlogs are both blank - no errors reported.

Is there anything new known out there or a bug reported?

I am running 6.4.1 now... (with the above solution was able to stumble through the upgrade process from 6.2.)
