Module Loader Error

Hello,

Sugar CE Version 6.1.6 (Build 5860)

When I click on the Module Loader link in Admin I get the following error:

Warning: require_once(include/nusoap/nusoap.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/lucidpay/public_html/crm/ModuleInstall/PackageManager/PackageManager.php on line 46

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'include/nusoap/nusoap.php' (include_path='/home/lucidpay/public_html/crm:/home/lucidpay/public_html/crm/include/..:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/lucidpay/public_html/crm/ModuleInstall/PackageManager/PackageManager.php on line 46

Everything else works fine.

Any ideas?

Make sure this script exist in folder.
Make sure this script is readable by user under which apache is running.

I ended up just reinstalling and it now works.
