Hi,
I have the 4.5.1e version of sugar installed, and most things are working properly, except that I can’t seem to install modules from their .zip’s.
1. When I go to the module loader, I get the warning “Warning: Your PHP configuration must be changed to allow files of at least 6MB to be uploaded. Please modify the upload_max_filesize value in your php.ini located at: /home/keymessa/public_html/team/php.ini”. However I have changed this to 20MB, and other sections of my sugar install now accept file uploads of up to 20MB, so I’m not sure why I’m still getting that warning in red at the top of the module loader every time.
Do I need to empty a cache on my server to make it recognise the php.ini change?
2. If I select ‘install from local file’, I select the zip, there is a slight pause, and then it takes me back to the install from sugar exchange tab, yet nothing has changed, no sign of the module I uploaded.
3. I can however install modules straight from the ‘install from sugar exchange’, then they seem to work perfectly. Yet here is another problem, if I login through module loader, only about 3 patches come up as available to install, not at all the choice from sugar forge. Hence why I can’t just install all I want this way.
4. I’ve mainly been trying to install the sugar ical patch, is there a way to manually install this.. I gave it a quick go, but I
haven’t had much success yet.
5. Another problem i have is that no one using my installation of sugar can add attachments to outgoing emails. Could this have somthign to do with it? Because both things involve uploading a file to the server. Although curiously, i CAN upload files to the document storage.
6. Server info:
appache version: 1.3.37 (Unix)
PHP version 5.2.1
MySQL version 5.0.27-standard
Architecture i686
Operating system Linux
Any help or explanation at all would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
