Module Loader,Install From Local File = Incompatible error

Hi,
I just started out with Sugar CRM (community version) and working through Install Admin Guide.
When I got to uploading modules, I went to SugarExchange, downloaded TitleChange1.2.zip,and then tried to upload it usign the Module Loader Functionality.

UnfortunatelyI get an error that say:

The uploaded file is not compatible with this version of Sugar: 5.0.0a

When I try "Install from Sugar", supply my login credentials, a message box pops up saying "Incompatible Sugar CRM Versions (100)

Any ideas?

ps. I'm very interested in building custom modules. Reason is that Sugar CRM's modules seems to be very much "sales" orientated, and the system I need to implement is more customer (students going abroad) and workflow focussed.

The TitleChange1.2.zip is not compatible with 5.0.0*

Even if you succed in installing it will not work and cannot be remove again.

We have to wait for an adopted version, I think.

how about my question regarding building custom modules? my goal is to modify sugar to the specific needs of my company. push in the right direction will be much appreciated.

niconel, you absolutely can build custom modules. Version 5.0 has some new tools that will make it easier for you to do so. Check out the Developers Website for links to tutorials that walk you step by step through Module Builder and Studio exercises.

Thanks for your information, which would be more helpful. Then i am using 4.5.0h in my production server. Which installed and customized by previous team who have messed up with. Hence cache getting increased and become 10GB for emails and attachments, though if i remove will it work fine ? ...... What can i do to avoid such bulk cache creation.
