Module Loader returns "The page cannot be displayed" when I press Upload

SugarCRM vesion 4.0.1d
PHP Version 4.3.9

I am trying to Upload the ZuckerReports module. I select it and the Module Loader returns "The page cannot be displayed" when I press Upload.
I would appreciate if somebody gave me a clue why it happens.

1. only Sugar 4.2 and newer are supported by ZuckerReports
2. pls read the manual for some hints on resolving those issues
