Default Module Name not showing in tab list

I had to upgrade a server using the following method. Installed the OS (Linux), then installed sugar using the bit rock installation. Updated the new system to the same version as the old one. Installed on the new one Zucker Docs(Old one has this).
I then shut down the service, and copied over cache and custom from the old server. I then droped the database and recreated it using the old data.

Now when I log in, everything is fine except in the tabs where Zucker Docs should have its name. It is blank????
I can click on it, and it is still blank.

I checked the user admin area, and there is permission rows, but the name is also blank there.

Any Idea where I need to look to fix this???

    Thanks,
