Module names no longer display on page?

Hi everyone-
Hopefully this is an easy one. We're running a new 6.2 RC2 installation and pages no longer display the name of the module the user is in.

eg: When you click on the Sales:Accounts link, you end up on a page that begins with the "folder" icon and then says "Search", with no indication that you're on the Accounts > Search screen.

Is this a feature? or a change? Is there a quick way to put it back?

Hi Andopes-

Thank you -- here's the screenshot. Mostly I'm looking for some indication to the user of WHAT page they're on... we get an icon, then SEARCH, but no "Accounts" label at the top of the pane.

Any thoughts?
