Default module replace the others in custom folder (using module loader)

    Hello,

I have a strange problem on my server.

I need 3 custom modules on my sugar: it's all upgrade-safe and use the module loader to be installed and uninstalled.
But my problem is every time I upload a new module it replace the other one the custom folder.

I can install my 3 module, it works for a while ( I suppose it directly goes in the cache folder) but in the custom folder, only one module. Then after a while only the module of the custom folder is working.

In the table "upgrade_history", all the module are present and noted as active.
the sugarcrm log report : (but I'm not sure that the problem)
