Module security issue

Hi

I've used the module builder to buld a new module for my sugar instance based on the cases module.

I've now deployed this into the database and it seems to operate fine. However when I try to access it via a log in that is not marked as I system administrator I get a message saying

"You do not have access to this area. Contact your site administrator to obtain access."

But I haven't set any security rights on this module that I am aware of and when I look at the user's profile there is no listing of the new module in the security rights.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What flavour of sugar do you use?

CE, Pro or ENT?

We use the CE version, it's the lastest release of version 5

Maybe one of the steps the guy in this thread took work?

At least try to repair roles and quick repair and rebuild your module.
Check if it is listed right in your modules.php file

I ran the role repair and that seems to have cleared the problem.
