Module Uploading Issues

I am trying to upload ZuckerReportsCE_1[1].5_module.zip into version 4.2.1a of the SugarCRM software. I am logged in as the admin and go to the admin area and select Module Loader. I then select browse and choose ZuckerReportsCE_1[1].5_module.zip and hit the upload button it then seems to try to upload it because the bar on the bottom in IE shows it trying to upload. After a few seconds the name of the file disappears and nothing shows up under the following modules are ready to be installed. Any Ideas?
