Hi,

I am using sugar crm 6.1 and all is working fine. I am able to give permissions to different users/roles on various sections.

However I am using the module service.desk as it should allow me to fine grain the permissions within it. Unfortunate, the module'wls permissions do not appear to have any effect.

Any help is appreciated.
