I followed the information provided by Abazander for customizing the emails sent out to notify meeting participants, and found that I could easily modify that email if I restrict myself to plain text emails. However, when I try to make the body of the email HTML, all the email tags are treated as plain text.
I must have missed something. How do I tell sugar that the template provided is properly constructed HTML rather than plain text? I would expect this to be relatively simple since, when I examine support for email in Sugar, I see support for HTML.
That is one question.
Second, I have to support use of multiple templates for these emails (at present there are about three, but I can forsee this number increasing). Until I get this figured out, our fallback plan is simply to have the admin support folk send email (selecting a template at that time) to meeting participants. However, it would be nice if we could just have them select the right template before just pressing the "Send Invites" button. Can we provide that aide to our admin staff? If so, how?
Thanks
Ted
