More display columns in Sugar home page dashlets?

I want to make it so that my users can have more than just 6 display columns (that is all it lets them put it). They need more information displayed in the dashlets. How do I change this??????

Hi,

Unfortunately the change is un-upgrade safe,

Open file -> include/Dashlets/DashletGeneric.php

Search for following line

$chooser->args['max_left'] = '6';

Change it to the number of columns you want.
