I have downloaded a test instalation of Sugar and am trying to get to understand how it all works. I have figured out how to change the information available in some views but can't seem to change one that is vital to me. I hope someone can help.

When selecting targets to add to a target list I need to see more information about each one. At minimum I need to know if they are already on another target list. I think I could add a boolean field to the target's data for this, but how do I then get it to display when 'selecting' targets?

If it helps to clarify what I am trying to do my planned work flow is to gather 'targets' throughout the month (i.e. as and when I have time), then once a month to add any targets I have not previously sent a marketing piece to to a new list. Each month I will run a new campaign sent to that new target list, with follow up activities on the same list a set time later. I hope that makes sense!
