More than one mailbox per user?

I know how to add mailboxes over admin/manage mail. But I don't know ho to link this mailbox to a user.

I want the following:

1 user have 2 mailboxes. Can I do this with version 4.2.0?

Currently, it seems that you can only have one e-mail address routed to one user. I presume that you would like to have two email accounts to choose from when sending outgoing email.

How can I customize, which users can manage which group mail inbox?

I configured an only email - user with a EMail-Account. How can I assign the group of this pseudo-user to a real user?

How can I manage groups?
