Most cases not displayed

I am using version 4.0.1i and we are missing the majority of our cases...Only 1 page worth show up, even though the database contains about 150. The cases page says it is displaying 1-15 of 15. They show up in version 4.0.0 but when I upgraded to this version they do not appear anymore, but are stilli in the database. Any idea why this is happening? Problem persists if I continue upgrading up to latest version. I have to revert back to 4.0.0 for our cases to appear...Help.

More information. If I look at the cases table of the db for crm version 4.0.1i all the cases that I need are there. However, when I go to cases it only shows 1-15 of 15 cases, even though the database has over 150 records. 4.0.1i only shows the most recent 15. I also have a working 4.0.0 installation but that is missing the latest 30 or so cases, so I need to get the recent ones and put those in the 4.0.0 database. If I mysqldump the cases table from the 4.0.1i database into the 4.0.0 database, the 4..0.0 cases tab no longer shows all the cases anymore either. It then only start showing 1-15 of 15...Any thoughts?

Hi there,

Any reason why you haven't upgraded to the latest (4.5.1.d) release? I'm not sure if your issue has specifically been addressed, but you'd be running a much newer code set.

I tried upgrading from 4.0.0 to 4.0.1i and then to 4.5.1d and the problem persists...As soon as I upgrade from 4.0.0 to 4.0.1, which I think is the only path to get to 4.5.x the cases stop appearing in the page, but still exist in the db. Is there a direct upgrade from 4.0.0 to 4.5.x?

There isn't a direct upgrade from 4.0.0 to 4.5.1. You probably already found this page, but here is a link to the upgrade packages that are available.

Yeah, I need to first upgrade to 4.0.1 and that upgrade breaks my cases module and even if I continue updating thru to the latest, it still does not work...
