Move Sugar from test environtment to producton enviontment

Hi to every body, i hope some one of you could help me.

I've intall and customize sugar crm in a test enviorntment, but now i have to move it to final infraestructure, my question is.

Which the correct procediment to migrate site configuration and database between both environtments?

Are your both system have same OS?
If yes then it quite easy.
Make a zip file of your test sugar and unzip into production server html/htdocs folder.
Change the config.php file according the the production system/database settings.
Take the whole dump of mysql and run against the production mysql.
