MS-Outlook Free/Busy not updating in Sugar Calendar

I've added the full URL information provided from SugarCRM "MyAccount" into MS-Outlook 2002
(Added in Tools, Options, Calendar Options, Free/Busy Options, Publish at My Location and Search Location).

If I add a new meeting in Outlook and exit Outlook, I am then prompted for the web server login information. I then enter the correct login information. It therefore appears to me that Outlook meeting information is being passed from my Outlook Client to the SugarCRM application, but new meeting information is NOT being displayed in Sugar Calendar.

I've also tried checking (turning on and off) the additional check box in Outlook called "Publish and search using Microsoft Office Internet Free/Busy Service". This doesn't appear to make any difference and Microsoft indicates this service is no longer available.

Q1-Does anyone know if this checkbox still has to be checked in order for this SugarCRM functionality to work ?
Q2-Do I have to purchase an Outlook utility to get the Free/Busy Calendar functionality to successfully publish and display?
Q3-Does anyone have any fixes or suggestions for diagnosing and resolving this issue ??
