Under the Sugar plugin options tasks tab I have the two check boxes un-checked and allow user to specify in the conflict selection box. I have tried various combinations of these settings, but I am still unable to synchronise tasks.
It is very likely that my company will purchase Sugar Professional if the Outlook plugin works as seemlessly as the online demo. Can anyone help advise me what I may have set up incorrectly.
