Multiple Accounts per Contact / Multiple Locations

I'm sure this has been covered before but I could not find exactly what I was looking for...

We just started using Sugar a few weeks ago.

We are in the medical sales field. We have some physicians who are part of 3 different Accounts as well as accounts with up to 15 locations.

1. How do we assign multiple accounts to one contact?
2. How do we assign multiple locations to one account?
3. Is there a module that would designate the day and time a particular contact was at an account or location.

1. You can only assign one account to any given contact, but you can assign the same contact to multiple accounts although it will create a duplicate entry of the contact linked to the other account. Careful doing that though, as there have been problems in the past where doing that causes inadvertent behavior such as deleting every instance of the contact.

2. You could try creating a master one for HQ for example, and then another account entry for each necessary location. You can then make the locations part of the same organization to link them, although I can't remember off the top of my head if there is a limit to the number of linked members to an organization.

3. Not that I am aware of, but check out www.sugarforge.org and www.sugarexchange.com to see if someone has come up with a module that does that.
