Multiple Calls Scheduled For One Contact?

Ok, I took a lead, converted it into an account and an opportunity. I had already created a scheduled call for that lead. Once I did the conversion, I suddenly had 4 of the same calls immediately scheduled. Here is a screen shot. Anyone know what's going on with this and how to fix it?

There is a bug attached to it but with the status "rejected". No reasons given. But it's still the same situation in 5.0e CE. Need to check in PRO but I fear it's the same there...
