Hi All,

I'm having difficulty adding a personal email account to a user. I have a system account setup which works fine, and the personal account 'Test Email' comes through fine when I create the account. However, when I try to create a new email it seems to be using the default system account instead of the personal account.

Is there a way to set the provider for a new personal email?

In the Admin panel I've tried both settings for the user email 'Sugar Email Client' and 'External Email Client'.

I'm using the CE v6.3.0

Any help greatly appreciated!
