Here is the problem. If I setup 2 groups, Sales and Helpdesk and send emails to both. This log on as either a sales or technical and check the group mailbox I get both from sales and form helpdesk.
The questions is, how can I get only sales people to see items coming in from te sales group and technical people only able to see items coming in from the helpdesk group.
I have roles setup for each group but haven't really found anything to tie this together.
Any help would be great as I'm new to Sugar but really like what I see so far.
