We are getting multiple instances of My Email, My Drafts and Sent email group of personal folders in the Email Module, I understood that this was an issue in 5.2 fixed with 5.2a (seems to fit the description of bug 25225), however, after installing the patch we still get this problem. Any idea which should one choose, the first, the second, the last one???, the thing is that it seems that if you choose the wrong one when you create subfolders they become visible to other users, it is like the different personal user folders are getting mixed up.

Any idea on how to fix this???

I have tried during a full week all permutations that occurred to me, using the first group, the last, a random selection, the result is always the same, the multiple instances of this folders keep appearing. A clean installation of the program seems to correct the problem, yet this is not a choice when you already spent 2 months loading the database.

We need to get a post icon to better describe desperation and impotence, I am not angry or unhappy about this issue, yet, I am getting to the point where I feel anxious and desperate to get the program performing correctly after 2 months of working on it.
