Default Multiple layouts for a module?

I'm currently running sugar 5.0.0e i was wandering if it was possible to store two layouts for a given view / if anyone has any experiance of this sort of customisation.

I know a lot of custom work would be required initially, but beyond this would it be possible to retain the compatability with the Studio?

The problem is that we are keen to capture a lot of information about a lead however when it comes to the detail view the more information that is being stored the more cluttered the record gets. I was hoping to provide a summary view and a secondary detail view for each lead, I'm just not sure if this would involve tons or work now and in the future (in particular if the additional layouts are not compatible with the Studio).

Equally with accounts we are keen to record a lot of information about our clients but most of this will not be required on a day to day basis.

Does anyone have any suggestions of how to achieve this in a structured way as chances are the CRM system will outlast myself at my current place of work (im the summer intern of sorts).

Something along the lines of my nice mspaint mock up here:

I also have a query with editing custom detail views, does any one know how to align the labels to the left instead of the right as the details view on all modules seem to have?

    Hi all

It is pretty possible to define several layouts for the same module and available buttons targeting to these layout.
You need to create new views which can extend the ListView, DetailVIew and EditView.
You then create buttons which point to these views. These buttons can be placed into any layout.
