Multiple users sharing records?

Good afternoon Help Forum,

As you may have concluded, I'm very new to Sugar Community Edition and need assistance regarding multiple user permissions. I'm running through the tutorials, Sugar Univ, Wiki and haven't been able to find an appropriate breakdown.

In short, I need to grant several users access to the same contacts, accounts and activities. Where on the admin side of Sugar can this be dictated? Once this association has been established, is it also possible to share documents through Sugar?

Whats is your conclusion? Did you find a way to assign an object to multiple user, a bug for an exemple.
