My boss just asked me these questions regarding Sugar. Help anyone?

Hey Guys,

We're in the final phases of going through with Sugar Professional and my boss asked me these questions.If you could help me out, I'd really appreciate it:

Can you please answer the following questions:



Can you export files from sugar into outlook?


When we use outlook to send and receive emails – you mentioned that this gets archived into Sugar – what does that mean?



Can we view the entire outlook email in Sugar?



What version of outlook do we have to be using?



Do we have to have the online hosted version of outlook or we can use our offline individual outlook?



What about customer support? Is that covered and is it 24hr support?
