my call task on the home page

I don't know where i configure it not right. Whenever i add a schedule call on the activity screen. It will not show on the home tab under "my call" i am not sure where i miss configure show the schedule call are not show on the home page.

Please advice.

I set the "role management" all can list and view and enable access on "calls"

Do they show up in your List View?
If not, do they show up when you are logged in as Admin? If so, to which user are they assigned?

On the homepage "my calls" Dashlest show nothing on the user logon or either admin logon. When I click on "Activity" tab, i can see my "calls list" that have 4 calls that i scheduled. Like I said, i set the user role for "calls" in "view" and "list all" as well as on admin.

please advise

I have a similar problem. I am using OS Sugar - I can see my calls when I go into my home page, but if I go to Activities home page and you have the call list - there are none listed in here - do I need to search before they appear here here or should all calls appear as they do on the task page - all tasks appear without searching
