Default My Calls - Show Next 7 Days + everything before

How do I get the My Calls dashlet to display all my calls that are due in the next 7 days + all calls before.

Our uses don't always get to my calls on the day they are scheduled... so I want to see all overdue calls in the same dashlet. How do I do that?

    Version 4.5f (OS)

    Thanks.

Go to your "home" tab - here you can view: all your calls for the present day, tomorrow, this week, next week, this month and next month. Overdue calls show in red...and so on.
    Hope this helps.

Actually, I know where the 'My Calls' list is on the Home page.

The problem is that I can't get that list to show me all my calls from the next 7 days (and before)...

It is hiding the calls that were supposed to be done yesterday (but I didn't complete).. I want to see all the calls that will happen in the next 7 days and ALL CALLS from before today when I have the 'Next 7 Days' filter selected.

Hopefully, you're tracking this or checking back periodically as a little time has elapsed since your post.

I had the exact same request on tasks...after a couple of pointers from some others, I went looking myself and fixed it. The query used is the same whether tasks or calls... Take a look at the files uploaded in thread http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showthread.php?p=62938

It should solve your problem, or at least put your real close.
    Take care and good luck
    Dave
