    Default My email campagins are not working

    Hey Hello to all,

    I am new here,and i just wanted to know one question,what is the procedure for creating the email campaign,because i did it but my all the mails are there in the email queue,i can see all the email and the second thing is that view status is giving Fail error to me.



    So can any one tell me,what will be the solution for it or how to solve the problem,every other thing is working pretty OK.May be this is not the right place to ask a question but please consider the fact that i am new here.Any ones help will be so helpful for me.

    I am having the same problem. I'm using 6.2.1 and sent a test email for a campaign. When the View Details page came up, I received a Fail dialog box, and I cannot see if any Leads, Contacts, or Targets received the test email. In fact, those categories do not even appear on the list of email recipients.

    I get the same error. It's just a dialogue box that says 'fail'

    Hi I'm having the same problem and don't really know where to start. Email is set up and working - I can send and receive no problem bounce account is in place and working.
    However when I create a campaign and try to test or send I dialogue box pops up with the word fail!
    I'm baffled - if anyone can help - much appreciated
