Talking My First Module KB - Searching issue

    Hi,

I have created my first module. It is a simple KB, I want to have it show the ID from the database so each article has it's own number. How do i do this? I can see ID in the default fields, how do i show these in a layout?

The other issue is search deosn;t work very well. I want in basic search to search for say milk is the title is banana milk ( why did i choose this! my head is random! ) it will not show milk but if you search for banana it works? I also doesn't search the description. How can i make this happen?

    Cheers!

For the number issue search the forums for "auto increment field". The search in Sugar by default adds a % to the end of your search and not the front. So if the value of a column is "bananas and milk are good" and you search for "banana" it'll really search for "banana%". To find milk in this case add the % to the beginning of your search term like "%milk" which would really search for "%milk%".
