I have done something a little silly!!! I have setup 3 users inbound email accounts in SugarCRM and did not enable the "leave message on server" option. So now the emails in MS Outlook have now all disappeared!!!!
Is there a way to reverse the process or export the emails and put them back in MS Outlook? Please note I have tried the export feature in SugarCRM located in the email tab, but when I import the emails it does not appear correctly in Outlook with certain elements missing or incorrect email body format.
But I have to say SugarCRM is FANTASTIC!!!!
