    Default My Outlook inbox has disappeared

    I have done something a little silly!!! I have setup 3 users inbound email accounts in SugarCRM and did not enable the "leave message on server" option. So now the emails in MS Outlook have now all disappeared!!!!

    Is there a way to reverse the process or export the emails and put them back in MS Outlook? Please note I have tried the export feature in SugarCRM located in the email tab, but when I import the emails it does not appear correctly in Outlook with certain elements missing or incorrect email body format.

    But I have to say SugarCRM is FANTASTIC!!!!

    You can't really undo that, once they are off the POP3 server, they are gone. You'd have to resend them to yourself using your e-mail client of choice.

    I'm new to SugarCRM and from what I've seen so far I think it's a fantastic tool!

    However, I'm having trouble with my email. I'm having the same problem as svaish... When I click 'Check Mail' Sugar pulls my unread emails and they disappear from my MsOutlook inbox, but only the unread ones... Is there a way of reversing this on IMAP?
