My Portal Dashlet

Hello Every One.
when i add my portal then by default there display about sugar news.
i want that there should be display my own web news page by default not after editing from portal.
can any one help with thanks

if u want to display your own new page or web page when any one add dashlet.
then change url at line 44 and 59 in file below
Modules/iframes/dashlets/iframedahslet/iframedahslets.php.
