I did a fresh install of 4.5.0b using the Bitrock installer, restored up my old data and everyting was working fine.

I rebooted my computer and then got the following error and cannot run the Sugar application at all.

"Could not connect to server localhost as root.Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client"

Where do I find what version the My SQL client is, and what should it be?
