MySql DB: Slow Response

Hello everybody,
My Server config:
Win 2k3 Server
Apache/Mysql Suite
& Sugar opensourse 4.5.0h

i have a problem taht my sugar crm is working good in the server, but when i connect to the CRM from the client machine
it shows the server responseb time:0.40 second, but the the page opens after 10-15 seconds. all the pages(home,lead, account,dashboard etc) having the same problem. i tried a lot , restart the apache service and restart mysql service but still having the same problem....

Please help me out to solve this issue.

what is the bandwidth between your client and server? You may want to consider turning on compression in apache. Doing this will help with bandwidth issues. For more info on using compression check out http://www.sugarcrm.com/wiki/index.p...on_Information

my intenet connection is 1.0mbps and the connection is fine (other site are opening without delay)..

one more thing i need to know that i want to convert my hard disk basic disk into dynamic disk. would it effect to my sugarcrm and the database.
