MySQL error 1054 when Adding a new user

When I go to add a new user I can type in all of their information. However, when I select Save, I get the following error message:

Can someone please help me fix this?

I fixed the issue by uninstalling a Invoices Module I installed last week. After it was uninstalled the system came back to normal.
