MySQL Query Failed error after 4.5.0c patch

Hi peeps.

I upgraded from 4.5.0b to 4.5.0c today running on WAMP:

Windows XP SP2
Apache 2.2.3
MySQL 5.0
PHP 5.1.6

And now am getting this MySQL error:

Query Failed:INSERT into notes set id='7ee1e2d4-487b-7820-07ea-451db146b377', date_entered='09/29/2006 07:01pm', date_modified='2006-09-29 23:52:11', modified_user_id='59889a8a-a5f4-2e4c-9756-4509ecbcb05a', created_by='59889a8a-a5f4-2e4c-9756-4509ecbcb05a', name='Introduction Letter', filename='introduction.pdf', file_mime_type='application/pdf', parent_type='Emails', parent_id='7a13bd0b-e3f1-a521-98e9-451db1fb3b79', contact_id=null, portal_flag='0', description='Generic Introduction Letter', deleted='0'::MySQL error 1292: Incorrect datetime value: '09/29/2006 07:01pm' for column 'date_entered' at row 1

A regular email works fine. A Marketing email set attached to a Campaign works fine. This error occurs when I try to use an email template with an attached Sugar Document from 'Compose Email'.

I got the same error message when I sent a email using a template with a attached doc.

I could not find the PHP file to try to correct this problem.
If anyone has a tip, please send us!
